Where is my order?

Where is my tracking number?

After your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number including an e-mail confirmation. This process usually takes around 1-4 business days and can be delayed due to high demand. We know the wait can be long, but we will do our best to expedite your shipping so you can enjoy your PoreCare products as soon as possible.

How do I place an order?

Once you have finished adding items to your Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Bag page and follow the prompts to finalize the check out process.

Can these products damage my skin?

Unlike other brands, the Purifying Pore Cleanser will not damage your skin if used wisely and with caution. Having said this, it is recommended that you apply the cleanser to the area for no more than 3-4 seconds each stroke.

How long will it take until I see results?

After 2-4 uses, our customers tend to see results and their skin imperfections clear up. Please bear in mind that the time it takes to show results can vary depending on the individual.

How do I use the Purifying Pore Cleanser?

  1. Steam your face using a hot towel or a facial steamer for 2-3 mins to soften your skin.
  2. While using the remover, please do not stay at one spot for more than 3 seconds. Move the remover around in a single stroke motion (do not move back and forth).
  3. Wash your face with cold water to close up the pores.
  4. Clean your fabulous skin and see glowing contrasts within minutes!
